Anthony asked me to post this. Any answers should be posted both to the list and to abeckwith@colonial.net. I'll see if I can get him on the list. Also note the web page at the bottom looks vert interesting. Tim Anthony's message: I'm sorry to bother you if you're not the one to contact on this. I am a high school teacher who has used Fractint in one of my classes for about 5 years. It is indespensible to me. This year, the school installed Windows2000 on the same computesr I used last year and now when I go to select a video mode in Fractint it says that "that mode is not available with your adapter". They are the exact same computers, only with Windows2000. I asked our techy guy, but he couldn't figure it out. Do you know what the problem and/or solution is or whomelse I could ask? (I plan to start using the program in class in about 3 weeks.) Thanks ahead of time for any help you might be able to provide me... ================================================================= FROM: ANTHONY BECKWITH Mathematics Department Chair, Concord-Carlisle High School Advanced Topics in Math- http://www.geocities.com/teego_ab
