It is an image, used by a routine to take a section of it, to display a kaleidoscopic effect. The movement of the mouse anywhere within the browser's window is what decides what portion of that image gets used. Whether or not the original graphic was once rendered as a fractal image, that is unknown. But it does appear to have some similarity to iterated generation. I did a few screen captures and was able to piece together some of the sections. It gave a better view of the original graphic, but I did not do enough to get a complete view. And even that appears it may have been kaleidoscoped from something else. Sincerely, P.N.L.
