Both of these file extensions (.PAR and .FRM) are simple text files and can be editted with any text editor. I personally use Notepad for most of mine, and occasionally WordPad. There are hundreds of parameter file (.PAR) collections available around the Internet for downloading, so that you may see what they produce and how they work. Furthermore, how do I generate a par file?
