Heavens, if the speed of light can change, what will be next -- the shape of the Mandelbrot set!?

If it did change shape, many of your past FOTD's would change shape when generated, but the previous gifs and our memories of them should remain the same. This is an interesting idea. I hadn't thought of it changing shape over time, but I've often wondered if in other universes the Mandelbrot set might look different than it does here. But how could this be? Math is math isn't it?
