Paul, I hope I'm not duplicating your efforts. So far all I've done is eliminate binary duplicates. I've also determined authorship of most pars and moved them into named sub-directories. When I look further into the pars files then I will know where to start looking in previous collections. That plus the ability to search within par files comes in handy. However, this isn't something that is going to get done soon I'm afraid especially with the holidays approaching. O's pars will add to the list if allowed to publish. I have close to 1700 maps of which about 700 are dups. Those I left alone since they don't take up much space and most are in established collections already.
