As has been mentioned before, it may all be there to download, but it sure does take awhile grabbing all of those separate files one at a time from the several folders at that URL. Could a single compressed file be made available, like it was for many years ?? Or maybe an FTP URL be established, so as to grab the whole directory path and all of it's files and sub-directories ??
