[Fractint] Fractint in a Virtual PC

I've been using Fractint on and off for the past decade or so and would like to know if anyone has ever been able to get Fractint to work either in a VMWare or Virtual PC machine. I don't really want to reinvent the wheel and all of the sites that I have surfed to have had awesome galleries, but no good directions or pointers on putting a virtual pc to work on the development of good fractals.
