Fractal visionaries and enthusiasts:

Today's image is a venture into the fractal that results when 
the formula Z^(2.25)+C is iterated at a depth of one level down 
the hyperladder.  The parent fractal appears as a large bay 
split along the X-axis, with prominent period-2 buds on the 
northwest and southeast sides.  The image is located near the 
west edge of the main bay in some debris just north of the 
X-axis.

The name "Patches and Spots" refers to the curious circular 
elements filling the frame.

The rating of a 6 indicates only slight satisfaction.

But the fireball fast calculation time of a mere 30 seconds will 
pass well before boredom has a chance to set in.

A pleasant partly cloudy day was fully appreciated by all those 
here at Fractal Central today.  The temperature of 79F 26C was 
right in the middle of the comfort range, and was made all the 
better by the lower humidity.  The next FOTD will be posted
