This is an issue best addressed with utilities from your manufacturer, BUT, there is a jeneral solution that might help. Your monitor detected that your video card was trying to drive it at too high of a refresh rate, so that error didn't come from your computer, which the video card was forced to ignore. <a href="http://www.scitechsoft.com/products/ent/free_titles.html">SciTech Software Classics</a> A utility on that page might let you set your video card to a lower refresh rate, and note that your brain won't rejister refresh rates much higher than 50 Hertz, so there jenerally is no point in rates much higher.
