I loved FractInt since 1994-5 when I got my first PC. Now I just miss FractInt; I am only able to use Windows 7 (64-bit). Yes, I tried to install a Linux a few years ago but gave up. I also did try out two Virtual things when I was using Windows XP so I might have FractInt, but they were unsatisfactory and FractInt kept crashing. My question is this: As of October, 2017 is it really still impossible to run FractInt on Windows (esp. Win 7)?... (Not "virtually" and not WinFract). If so, then... If you were me, stuck with only Windows 7, then would someone kindly suggest how you would get FractInt to run (even if it has to involve some virtual program)? Thank you much for your time!
