It's also no surprise to me - of course they're not isomorphic; I certainly didn't say they were, unless it was through misinterpreting something you said. Oops, that's three negative statements.
4. The positive part of what I said in my previous posting is the part that is obscured by readers' anger: Rare Event Theory is the only way that I know of to get partially around the difficulty of item 3.
Perhaps if you were to say what this "difficulty" you keep alluding to is... Morgan L. Owens "My, aren't we feeling sensitive?"
