There kind of already is one, which is basically how the 'PhiloFractal' discussion list came into creation: To subscribe, e-mail: philofractal-subscribe@lists.fractalus.com For other commands, e-mail: philofractal-help@lists.fractalus.com Jim used to do a lot more "waxing philosophic", with his "armchair philosophy", in each of the FOTDs. This caused some off-topic discussions that some did not care for. So another group was formed during the last few days of January, 1999. And Jim started sending his FOTDs to that group as well, with several of those postings having an extended amount of content (which is what I use for the web site pages). Those that wished to post ongoing comments about non-fractal issues, occassionally brought forth by some of the FOTDs, could then do so within this other group without offending anyone else.
