Paul is exactly right. When I submitted the modified version, the change was so insignificant that I asked Paul his opinion whether it should simply replace the existing one or be given a new version number. Without this info, I could not make other changes. Paul then preferred to issue it under a revised version number and immediately posted it. When I was informed of it, I provided him with the files corrected with the revised version number. The corrected package should now be available on the suggested site. I assume, that when Raymond Filiatreault made his recent modifications, he forgot to update both the version level and the included ReadMe text file notes (which has his email address if you wish to contact him).
