[Fractint] Fractint RAM/Disk mode

<<... use a RAM/Disk video mode. Remember, Fractint can do images of <<4096x4096 like this!!! actually, the upper limit is much greater than that with v20 on. I don't remember just what the limit is now, but I have done 16000x12000. Bill
