[Fractint] problem with the "MAKEFCFG" utility on Win2000

Hello everybody I can not get the MAKEFCFG program to run on a Win2000 PC, it falls over - the PC has an Intel 82815 graphics controller but I can not identify any compatible video options that I can use for FRACTINT.
