Try using the FREEWARE program IrfanView: http://www.irfanview.com/ Under the menu selection of FILE => BATCH CONVERSION/RENAME... Then check the box for "Use advanced options (for bulk resize...)". You can also set a new name for the output files. Sincerely, P.N.L.
