You are reading too much into what I said. I chose my words carefully and said he is free to maintain his sources as he wishes (e.g. not in our subversion repository). In any case I have always found Rich trustworthy and respectful of open source, so I'm not worried that he has forked the fractint software, which was his right. Tim
