A utility on that page might let you set your video card to a lower refresh rate, and note that your brain won't rejister refresh rates much higher than 50 Hertz, so there jenerally is no point in rates much higher.
Depends on your eyes, my friend. Your conscious mind may not register the flicker, but your eyes may, and they will feel the fatigue. Mine pick up flicker on monitors until you hit 72-75Hz. Also, flicker at the same rate as any flourescent lighting you might be using makes it worse. Flourescent light flickers at 60Hz (US) or 50Hz (Europe). David gnome@hawaii.rr.com
