Well, can not say why you are having difficulties, especially since the FOTD page for the 2nd has been accessed 46 times from around the world. And the last FOTD (for the 3rd) shows 24 accesses so far. Both pages show various ISPs have had no problems in reaching the pages. And speaking of "counts" for various FOTD pages....
