But unfortunately, some modern computers do not support the old DOS video modes used by Fractint. Those with such new-fangled, over-featured, under-performing machines can still see the image however by downloading it from the FOTD web site at:
On this topic, my index pointed to http://ecn.ab.ca/~brewhaha/fractint/drivers.htm as the "FracTint video driver research" page (There _is_ actually a search-link on it, but hopefully you don't find it useful). It was supposed to link to: http://ecn.ab.ca/~brewhaha/FRACTINT/drivers.htm in case you thot that the server was telling you of a temporary condition. (...)
(a spoon on a can of cat food) (...) On the subject of canned cat food...there's no question that my cats would prefer the live stuff in the aquarium, and I just _wish_ that the choice between live and canned entertainment was so easy for people (their food dish is in front of the aquarium).
On the contest between dry and canned cat food, I wonder if my kitten, Gremlin, got a sample of that artificially mutant pesticidal corn in his diet, because every other time he eats dry food he gets diarrhea, and it gets worse every time (a progressively intensifying allergy, if you ask me). Both cats will eat oatmeal, but not the whole day (I tried that once -- all they had done was sample it after eight hours). And all that it seems to do is fill their stomach like a soother, so that I can sleep when they don't, because they eat just as much tuna as they did before. And yet, arrowroot is the only starch I know that's easier to digest. (I don't bother with the big names in Tuna, because they're too complicated). _______ They say that Occam died one day of too much simple stuff, but how would you and those you knew be sure that he was wrong. It lives. He lives. I know that Occam's razor lives...Somehow! I know! I know that Occam lives! _______ <a href="http://ecn.ab.ca/~brewhaha/">BrewJay's Babble Bin</a>
