Interesting. I have a new laptop but for most things prefer my old computer with Windows 98 because it can run Fractint and some DOS games and it has the big monitor and I'm just used to it. I find the old computer runs the old stuff and the new computer runs the new stuff like music downloading and graphics and it's just simpler that way. Anyway, I don't have a firewall or virus software but have avoided problems, perhaps because I have an old version of Netscape rather than IE. Or maybe just lucky or stupid. I never download porn or click on anything that I have not actively gone to. I just ran all that and it came out healthy. Kathy Roth John Wilson wrote:
