If it´s harmless as it was in your case, yes.
If not, maybe of the type NSA uses, you need
an earlier image of your OS to get rid of it.
After the last attack on my XP computer

After a scan Bitdefender detected a TROJAN in my emails.
so my warning must be taken seriously.
My Dropbox account will stay disabled until it is
certain that no Sinpix messages will get through.
