. Thanx Hal for that info; your red map loox about what I was thinking; I will try it. I wasn't aware of that map program which can use math formula (ie., sine wave); I need to try that. I KNEW there had to be something going on to get that smooth a transition - could never do it manually with "makemap" program! .
