i am working on new website. i have made folders with a collection of images and created an image gallery, what i would like to know is if the individual images load okay into fractint, if not i'm going to have to think of something else. thanks. http://www.sende.co.uk/page1/
I just tried "fract028.gif", which is a 1153x831 image, and appears to have the FractInt information at the end of the file. When the image is loaded into FractInt, I immediately get the Video Mode window asking what I want to use, with the default option being: VESA Standard Interface 1153 831 256 <-VIRTUAL! at 640 x 480 If I take that particular option, the image shows up fine, but seems to start rendering more towards the lower half of the image, as if it is "growing" downwards. Eventually it stops, with the typical "beep" from the program indicating the image has finished rendering. While in this video mode (either during rendering or afterwards) I can use the arrow keys to scroll up/down/left/right to view more of the image. But the image is now not quite the same as the original, since more was generated in the lower portion. And if I try and save the parameters, I get the message saying it "Can't create" the PAR. But it is a nice image, and I like the growing effect.
