Dear Cougar Sportsline Subscriber, Sorry for the intrusion on your time, but for the last few weeks some subscribers say they are not receiving the newsletter. About 90 percent of the time, if you will check your spam or junk mailboxes, you will find the letter there. Don't know why it happens, but it appears to randomly occur. Also, to help alleviate this problem please add my email address, hbarnett@fiber.net <mailto:hbarnett@fiber.net> to the safe sender list on your email program that you use to receive the letter. This should prevent further problems. Even if you have been receiving the letter consistently, please add my address to your safe sender list anyway and it should prevent any future problems.
