Salt City Slam to perform at City Art

The award winning Salt City Slam will give a special performance on Wednesday, March 20th at 7:00 p.m. at the Salt Lake City Public Library as part of the City Art Reading Series. This event is free and open to the public.
Salt City Slam performed four-part poetry slam concept based on The Wizard of OZ brought them a fourth place prize at the National Poetry Slam in Chicago in 2018. Members of the team will perform this week at City Art, including Jesse Parent, R.J. Walker, Jose Soto, Chris Atkin, and Dorothy McGinnis.
Most featured readings are followed by an open reading.
The event is free and open to the public. City Art is sponsored by the Utah Arts Council, the Salt Lake City Arts Council, Zoo, Arts, and Parks, X-mission, and audience donations.
