Poet Christopher Patton will read from their works for the City Art Reading Series on April 6th at 7:00 P.M. at the Salt Lake City Library’s Main Branch. . Christopher Patton's first book, Ox, was published by Signal Editions of Vehicule Press in 2007. Ox was selected as a finalist for the 2008 Dorothy Livesay Prize. Patton's poems have appeared in Field, The Paris Review, Western Humanities Review. The Antioch Review, The Malahat Review, and The Fiddlehead, and were anthologized in The New Canon: An Anthology of Canadian Poetry. In 2000, he was awarded The Paris Review's Bernard F. Conners Prize for Poetry. Patton is Ph.D. Candidate in Poetry at the University of Utah. The event is free and open to the public.
