Adam Love and Martin Balgach to read at City Art

Poets Adam Love and Martin Balgach will read from their works on Wednesday, December 3rd at 7:00 p.m. at the Salt Lake City Public Library as part of the City Art Reading Series and the Utah Humanities Council Book Festival. This event is free and open to the public.
 
Adam Love is the author of Another Small Fire (Tired Hearts Press). His writing is upcoming/appears in Black Tongue Review, Split Lip Magazine, Ampersand Review, Cream City Review, Revolver, the Missouri Review, among other journals. He lives in Salt Lake City where he directs the Literary Arts portion of the Utah Arts Festival and spends his free time among the mountains and western rivers. He holds and MFA from Vermont College of Fine Arts.

Martin Balgach is the author of Too Much Breath (Main Street Rag). His writing has appeared in The Bitter Oleander, Cream City Review, Fogged Clarity, Rain Taxi, and Stirring, among other journals. He holds an MFA from the Vermont College of Fine Arts, works in publishing, and lives with his wife and son in Colorado.
 
City Art is Salt Lake’s longest-running reading series and provides a unique forum for the literary arts during their weekly programs on each of the first three Wednesdays of the month from September to May at the Salt Lake City Public Library.
 
City Art is sponsored by the Utah Arts Council, Catalyst, the Salt Lake City Public Library, Xmission, and the Zoo, Arts, and Park Fund.  This reading is also sponsored by the Utah Humanities Council as part of the Utah Humanities Book Festival.
