High School Writers from Provo to Layton will read from their work on May 16th at the Salt Lake City Public Library at 7:00 P.M. as City Art celebrates the next generation of Utah writers. Writers will include: Anne Henkels—Judge Memorial Nicky Kelly and Manon Gilmore—Rowland Hall Nick Lives and Aaron Miles from Alta High School Sidney Perry—Walden School Most featured readings are followed by an open reading. City Art is sponsored by the Utah Arts Council, the Salt Lake City Arts Council, Catalyst, the Salt Lake City Public Library, Xmission, and the Zoo, Arts, and Park Fund.
