Sugar
House Review is pleased to announce a reading with poets Kate Greenstreet,
author of Young Tambling, and Janet
Holmes, author of THE MS OF MY KIN on
Monday, April 8th at 7:00 p.m. at the Art Barn (54 Finch Ln). This
event is free and open to the public.
Kate Greenstreet is currently on the road with her new
book Young Tambling. Her previous books are case
sensitive and The Last 4 Things, all from Ahsahta Press.

Guernica, Fence, Chicago Review, and other journals. For

Janet Holmes is author of five books of
poetry, most recently THE MS OF MY KIN,
an erasure of the Civil War–era poems of Emily Dickinson, and F2F, which deals with how the sense of
sight complicates relationships. As director and editor of Ahsahta Press, she
has produced nearly seventy volumes of surprising, relevant, and accessible
experimental books and chapbooks. She lives with her husband, Alvin Greenberg,
in Boise, Idaho, where she is a professor in the Master of Fine Arts in
Creative Writing program.
Sugar
House Review is an independent, semiannual poetry journal based out of
Salt Lake City, Utah. The seventh issue, Fall/Winter 2012, is the biggest chunk
of Sugar yet, with poems from Gaylord Brewer, Nick Demske, Terry Youmans Grimm,
Jay Hopler, and many more. For more information on

CITYART is Salt Lake’s longest-running reading series and
provides a unique forum for the literary arts during their weekly programs on
each of the first three Wednesdays of the month from September to May at the
Salt Lake City Public Library.
