Hello everyone!

The PCC Guidelines for Minimally Punctuated MARC Bibliographic Records have been out since January 2020 and was revised in March 2020.

As we've been exploring an option for Minimally Punctuated records within our processing we've come to the realization that the guidelines don't discuss all fields available and are really just a "starting point" for vendors in determining how far to go.

Because there is room for interpretation, we'd like to gather your feedback on how you'd like to handle specific MARC fields. I have isolated these specific fields because I feel that these have the most potential for being affected for Minimal Punctuation.

Please direct yourself to this survey to complete: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/9JC9PDX

If you have any comments about any other fields not addressed in the survey, please either respond via the listserv or email me separately.

Feel free to send the survey link on to other colleagues as well!

Thank you and I look forward to hearing your thoughts!
