Our staff are still tirelessly working on a temporary workaround for the failure that we experienced over the weekend. It will be a long night to try to get a solution up and running and while we hope we’ll be able to resume processing tomorrow (Tuesday), we cannot guarantee that at this stage. Your project managers and I will keep you updated as best we can and we’ll certainly let you know as soon as we’re able to move forward.
