Hello everyone!
As some of you may have noticed, we have been experiencing a significant delay in the delivery of automated emails when some of your jobs are completed. Those who have completely automated processes in place (such as FTP drop off/retrieval and MAX processing) may be receiving your completion emails anywhere from 3 to 24 hours later than expected. Rest assured, your files ARE still being processed in a timely manner and as expected, it's just that email that's delayed.
We're working with our IT folk and data center partners to figure out what is happening. We'd hoped that the reset over the weekend would have solved the problem, but it hasn't. We're brainstorming a few other ideas.
REGULAR email to and from Backstage is working fine, it's only those emails that are automatically generated from our Authority Control system that are impacted.
We sincerely apologize for the issue and we hope it's not impacting you terribly. I'll send out another update once everything is resolved or if we have more information regarding potential resolution.
