Hello,
I was wondering if anyone knows how to or has successfully loaded the DEL file into the III system. Since the changes to the Backstage website, where the files are saved to your desktop instead of FTP'ing them from backstage to your site, I have had trouble figuring this out. The NAME and SUB files should be fine to load as we did before using Data Exchange.
Currently,using Data Exchange, we have no line in the 'Select Process' option that allows you to load a DEL file. Does one need to be created now that the files are not loaded using FTP?
This is probably a really easy question to answer but I have never loaded these files before.
