[Nebophil] Concert posters, print and post

Catherine Jungheim has designed two versions and several sizes.
The black and white versions are suitable for home printers. The
color versions are best done at a professional print shop, such as
J-Mart in Spanish Fork. Have a few printed, bring a few to our
next practice to share.
