[KLF] Rare photo of Bill Drummond

Photos of the 1980 Teardrops Explodes tour have been posted to the Shacknet
forum (for Liverpool music). Included is the above, a photo of a young
Kingboy (aged 27) up the Empire State Building. Could someone post this to
