these show the mounting brackets on the top rail of the transom.? My mount had 2 C shaped tubes extending from the mounts in the pictures down to the transom.? The lower end of the tubes had rubber cups to protect the transom. a square panel of marine plywood was attached between the tubes and the motor was mounted on the plywood.
