Subject: [Ucs-events] Networld email has died
Please convey this information to any Networld customers
Networld.com email is dead. Since about the 7th of May 2009 Networld.com
email has not been functional. Any mail you were expecting is
permanently lost. The Networld email server has permanently died.
Those who used/use Networld.com as an ISP, you are still getting serve,
but by a new company/ownership. ISP service is currently still working.
any ISP technical questions can be handled by the technical staff at
888-639-9950 .
Many people have been very frustrated calling the ISP support number
about their email accounts. As best as I can backtrack; Networld.com
turned over its ISP accounts to another company over a year ago. Theis
new company (something Online) has been servicing ISP accounts only and
have had nothing to do with Networld email. The ISP company does offer
email services - BUT NOT THE SAME TERMS AS DID NETWORLD.
Please if you know of anyone with Networld email, please let them know
their email is officially lost for good; and they will have to rebuild
their email profiles on the web. Better to know now rather than continue
to be frustrated. Sorry good friends, but that is the bad news.
