Master Plan - Public Open House Meeting #2 date set
Dear Park User/County Resident,
Thank you for attending our recent open house meeting, and/or submitting
comments regarding this important project. We appreciate your input,
thoughts and ideas.
Since our previous meeting we have received numerous comments and input
regarding the future use of the park. We have been busy tabulating the
results of this input and tabulating the results of a random
questionnaire that was mailed out to residents within three miles of the
park,. We are currently developing alternative master plan ideas which
is based in large part on the input received.
The results of the open house input are now available on the project
website, in addition to the various maps and other work completed to
date. We invite you to take a look at
www.ldi-ut.com/projects/bigcottonwood.htm now and in the coming weeks as
planning and design efforts continue.
A followup open house is now scheduled, at which time alternative master
plan ideas will be presented for your review, comment and input. *The
open house meeting will be held at Holladay City Hall, 4580 South 2300
East on Thursday, May 28th from 4:00 to 7:30 PM.* Short presentations
will be made summarizing the alternatives at 4:15 and 6:00 PM, so please
plan accordingly. Members of the planning team will be in attendance to
answer questions you may have, and comment forms and other means to
provide comment and input will be provided.
We look forward to your attendance, and encourage you to let other park
users, neighbors, nearby residents, constituents and interested parties
know about the meeting so they can review the ideas, provide comment and
help us develop a preferred plan. Following the meeting, the alternative
plans will be posted on the project web page for more in-depth review
and and comment.
