Attached is the document for your Drivers from John Oliver the Manager of
Fire Dog Operations.



When you encounter a store that is not following the process of using NSA
for Service Repairs or you are not

Receiving Repair Product from a store:

Simply hand out a copy of this memo as informational and not confrontational
and ask the person

to call Douglas Burnett at the new hot line phone number listed on this
Memo.



I tried the phone number hot line and it rings directly into Douglas's
office and rings on 8 different phones until

the call is answered.

Douglas Burnett answered the phone on the second ring.



John Oliver needs your help in identifying the store employees who are not
following the store directives.



Send an E-mail to Douglas Burnett, John Oliver and Jim Rolison with the name
of the person you talked to who does not understand that

NSA is the designated repair facility for this store.

Jim,

Here is the documentation that I'd like you to supply to the NSA servicers
(specifically their drivers) to share with the stores as appropriate.



We will need talk about what that interaction should look like. It should
be informational, not confrontational. When they encounter a store that is
not following the process, they should simply provide the store operations
manager a copy of this information. Then, the servicer should follow that
up with an email to our team so that we can follow-up with the store.
