The communications to the stores have been approved and will be hitting the
stores over the next several weeks. In the meantime, we have been speaking
to the regional and district level operations managers to get stores back on
the program. We are also working with our service centers to start calling
the stores and logging any TV sent to them incorrectly.

We had said on the conference call a week or so ago, that communications to
the store were going to take a couple of weeks to hit and then compliance
would improve. We are working diligently to get this completed asap.
