To all Ride Leaders,
Please mail all ride sheets in as requested as soon as you can. I'm finding
some names on sheets help with correcting emailed rider lists.
Examples:
-Riders identified as non-members on ride sheets are checked for membership
during mileage entree. I do this because sometimes they are current
members.
-New members are not on list for 3-4 weeks some times after signing up, so I
go back 1 month and enter mileage when their name appears.
Another request: Please identify the ride name clearly with the date of the
ride on all ride sheets and emailed rider lists. Most are good with this,
but there are a couple of you that just send a list of names with mileage.
