[CKF Coalition] Cover the Uninsured Week

Dear Covering Kids and Families Coalition:



During Covered the Uninsured Week, local outreach efforts will take place in
Salt Lake County to enroll families in appropriate CHIP, Medicaid, and UPP
programs in three different settings in a three day time frame (see below).
The staff of JCHRISTUS St. Joseph Villa would love to have additional staff
support during these efforts upcoming next week. If you have time to help,
please contact Kathleen Fallon and let her know of the date, locations and
times you can assist in reaching out to our uninsured.

CHRISTUS St. Joseph Villa plans to honor and recognize the importance of
Cover the Uninsured Week by hosting educational booths at two area food bank
distribution sites and a local educational training center. We will be at
the following locations on the dates listed:



. Northwest Food Bank at the Fairgrounds (155 North 1000 West,
Pioneer Building 23) - Monday, April 28th from 9:00 - 5:00pm;

. Redwood Food Bank, 3060 South Lester (1595 West) on Tuesday, April
29th from 9:00 - 4:30pm;

. Horizonte Instruction and Training Center (1234 South Main Street)
on April 30th from 8:00am - 7:30pm.



Any resources or support you can provide would be most appreciated.
