I am looking to get a new/used car rack that hooks to the velical by the hitch. I have looked at

www.performancebike.com they all have some nice ones. I am hoping to find one that can look atleast one bike to it, the outside one, so when I am in the store I don't have to worry about the bikes running off. Does anyone know were I can get one with a lock for atleast one bike?
