Jim,

There have been a couple of changes to the team recently that the NSA group
needs to be aware of:

Amanda Wood: Amanda has been promoted to a position on our Merchandising
team. Whereas we will miss her, we are also very happy for her and her new
role is well deserved.

Tyler Smith: Tyler has left the company to pursue other interests. We wish
him well in his endeavors.

We are in the process of filling these positions, but, in the meantime, Hema
Shah and myself will be the contact for NSA as needed.

Please contact Hema for day-to-day transactional operations and contact me
for service program questions/issues. As usual, continue to contact
Jeanette for questions on estimates and Jennifer Veech regarding
invoice/billing questions. See the attached contact list for specifics.
