Very sorry to hear about your horses. I hope they had long, happy?lives.

Seem lots of Toledoans?left for greener pastures.?While staying in Patagonia we ran into?a woman from Walbridge, dog sledding in Canada we ran into folks from Maumee, another time snow mobiling we ran into folks from Sylvania.?It is getting so built up around here that I suppose it should not be shocking.
?
Most of the parks around here no longer allow horses. I am sure we will loose Oak Openings in the not to distant future.

Were you part of a mountain man group of some?kind around Toledo??We found some local?reenactors for assorted time periods?but non that did the fir trade. We wanted to find a local group so that we could learn about muzzle loaders. I don't know of any one around here that actually hunts with one. I?am sure that there is a big?difference between target shooting and hunting. We have cross bows, compound bows, and lots of guns but can't seem to hit?game with any of them. We have done okay with our Toyota.?
