Dave,

No problems with wet mocs on that camp. It was cold enough that the
snow did not make them wet. Just brushed it off before getting near the
fire.

My camp last month was a lot wetter and muddier but wet mocs wasn't much
of a problem because I always carry a spare pair or two. So while the
wet ones are drying by the fire I have a nice dry pair to wear.
Especially at night you want to keep your feet dry.
