[Auch_fdr] Medicaid Hearing

I just wanted to let everyone know about our formal hearing with
Medicaid. We contacted Feldesman Tucker about the issue of splitting
the PPS between HMO and state Medicaid plans. They let Midtown know
that this was not an option as far as the law reads. So we are not
going to fight this with Medicaid. The second issue we brought up in
the hearing about the Restricted Grant. We received approval to work on
it without the formal hearing for now, but will continue to have the
option to go to formal hearing later if we need to. This is because we
are still working with AUCH and all CHCs to solve the Restricted Grants
through the letter we will be sending to Les Painter. If you have any
