Actually, I couldn't agree more. I had thought about making the suggestion
of changing to a forum from the moment I first rejoined and realized that
the number of people participating in the list had shrunk drastically since
I was last a participant.

I actually think AML membership is worth $25. The reason I haven't paid is
because first there are some LDS books I want to buy and they come out of
the same budget. And if I have to choose (and I do), I lean towards buying
from Zarahemla or one of Terry Givens books I've been wanting. It's not that
$25 is too much to ask or that I can't afford it--it's that I can't afford
both it and the manner of supporting Mormon letters that I consider most
valuable.

But even if it's hypocritical, I still want to say Long Live the AML!
