[AML] D. Michael Martindale's AML membership

An anonymous donor paid for D. Michael Martindale's AML membership on 27 September 2007, and the following email was sent to D. Michael Martindale at that time.

We do not know why D. Michael Martindale did not receive the email, but he is an AML member.
